Booking and Etiquette Guidelines

Important Information Before Booking:

Please note the following before making your reservation:

• Bookings require a minimum notice of 4 hours

• Always confirm availability for your preferred service by contacting the phone number provided

• For hotel services, prior approval from your hotel reception is mandatory

We recommend booking your appointment well in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and service. Your therapist will arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time for a prompt start. Please ensure you are reachable and prepared to welcome the therapist and guide them to the treatment area.

 We provide all necessary equipment, including a massage table and towels, for your session.

Late Arrivals and Last-Minute Bookings
If you arrive late, please note that your treatment time may need to be shortened to accommodate other bookings. Last-minute bookings require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice, subject to availability. For urgent bookings, please contact us directly. Appointments after 9 PM will incur a 30% surcharge due to late hours. All listed prices are exclusive of a 21% VAT charge.

Hotel Services and Professional Conduct
For hotel appointments, please consult the hotel reception in advance to ensure external services are permitted. Our massage service is strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior or advances will not be tolerated.

Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If a deposit has been made and the appointment is canceled within this notice period, the deposit will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
